This Tuesday for Lunch Truck Tuesday we have the Ludo Truck. This truck is make some great chicken dishes that will make your taste buds dance. The best item of their menu is the chicken sandwich. The sandwich is a fried chicken breast served on a soft roll with their Ludo Slaw. The Ludo Slaw is as described on their website, “A freshly hand-sliced concoction of savvy cabbage, celery, red onion, chives, and Italian parsley leaves dressed to the nines with a jalapeño kick.”
The other dishes on the menu worth trying is the Provencal Pepitte, which are boneless chicken balls infused with rosemary and herbs de provence. The chicken strips are another must have item on the menu. They are prepared using white chicken breast strips with a tasty crisp. What fell short though was the Honey-Glazed Garlic Wings. They were just to sticky and the glaze took away from the taste of the chicken though an excellent effort.
They do offer some sides such as there take on french fries called the perfect fries. Out of the sides the winner is the honey lavender biscuits. Overall, it is a necessity to try this truck in you journey through rolling foods of Los Angeles. That is if you can find it in your neighborhood. They can mostly be found in the westside of LA and the San Fernando Valley but you can follow the on twitter: @ludotruck. A menu can be found at http://mobimunch.com/ludotruck.
